Kevin Lynch claimed his fifth consecutive victory at the 2008 event behind the wheel of his Subaru Impreza WRC S12b. Despite some strong opposition, Lynch and navigator Francis Regan crossed the finish line 11 seconds clear of Mark Higgins and Michael Gibson, with Kenny and Susan McKinstry third. Wesley Patterson, who had Martin McGarrity calling the notes this year, claimed Mark 2 Challenge honours for the third year in succession, with Phil Collins and Damien Crawford in second position.

The 2009 Orchard Motorsport sponsored event is set to provide even more thrills and spills at the beautiful Lurgan Park venue. The event takes place this Saturday, and a full entry list is now available from the latest news section.
